One thing I hear constantly from my students is that they don’t have time.
Not enough time to cycle through that massive to-do list.
Not enough time to take care of themselves and their relationships.
Not enough time to slow down, clear their minds, and focus on what really matters.
And certainly not enough time to meditate…some even say meditation feels like a waste of time. Here’s what I’ve learned: “I don’t have time” is a lie we tell ourselves. It’s not about time, or even how you manage your time.
It’s how you think about your time…how you use your time to manage your energy…and how you invest your time in making your life better.
How do you break the habit of letting your mind run wild, so you can think clearly?
The answer is meditation. (I know. You’ve heard A LOT about meditation, but probably still aren’t doing it.)
Don’t worry. Kundalini yoga has its own unique take on meditation…
