    13. Has taken me all over the world to teach and share what I love
    14. It doesn’t require any equipment…not even shoes
    15. Manages worry/tension/anxiety
    16. Increases my energy level
    17. I sleep more deeply than I ever have
    18. Keeps me healthy on all levels…
    19. I can continue to practice forever…no age limitations
    20. I don’t like to exercise
    21. Strengthens me – mentally, emotionally and physically
