Meditation is everywhere right now…in your social feeds, at your local yoga studio, and even on the cover of Time magazine.
And for many of us (even yoga teachers), it’s a wonderful concept…but are we actually meditating? And what about accessing that sometimes elusive state of flow — you know, when you lose all sense of time because you’re so engrossed in an activity you love.
Based on my experiences in the yoga world, with students and teachers alike, I can tell you — no.
We all like the idea. We all know the benefits. We all want to meditate or access flow.
So, what’s in the way of developing a consistent practice?
In this short video, I share how to dial into a deeper wisdom accessed only when you’re in a meditative or flow state:
In the video I share:
● The real reason you’ve struggled to start or maintain a consistent meditation practice — and it has nothing to do with “monkey mind” or external distractions
● Why you won’t experience true deep-state immersion with most common meditation techniques — and how to accelerate your absorption into meditative states
● The difference between a little bit of mediation and consistent practice — and what it means for you
