    How Long Should You Meditate For?

    Have you ever wondered, “How long should I meditate for?”

    I get this question all the time. The answer is: it depends on the results you are looking for!

    Meditating for different lengths of time will have different effects on your circulation, brain activity, and nervous system – as well as impacting your chakras, intuition, and more.

    I share more about this in today’s short video. Plus, I’ll tell you my favourite way to make sure I fit meditation in every single day… no matter how busy things get!

    If you’re like me, and you have a pretty erratic schedule, it may take you a little while to get into a rhythm with this, but the benefits will be profound.
