    ForgiveI’ve dedicated the last 40 days of 2014 to practicing a meditation of forgiveness.

    It’s part of clearing the old and preparing for the New Year ahead.

    There is freedom in forgiveness. It will bring you peace.

    All you have to do is let go.

    The meditation is done to a beautiful version of the mantra, Ek Ong Kar, by Krishna Kaur. The CD is called, One Creator. When the mantra is done, sit quietly and ask yourself

    1. Who do I need to forgive?
    2. What do I need to forgive myself for?
