The beauty of a yoga practice is that it can be done anytime, anywhere. When you first start yoga, you’ll have days where you ask yourself, “should I do yoga today or not?” As you progress, your entire being will crave more breath and movement and your body will literally lead you to your mat. A couple of nights ago I was “matless” in Athens. A hotel room towel, and a narrow strip at the foot of my bed was all I needed to breathe more life into my body after a long journey.
Tomorrow I have the gift of teaching yoga, seaside, on a magical Greek Island. It’s ALL GOOD, anytime, anywhere.
It's such joy to have daily personal practice, once it is established, that's when "ALL GOOD" really begins ;)Like(0) REPLY
Absolutely. Anytime anywhere. Compelled to practise. Last year on my return to Vancouver from Greece. Athens hotel room next to my bed, towel on the floor chanting in a whisper while Ashley slept in her bed.Like(0) REPLY
