We kicked off the 40 Day Yoga Challenge today with our signature Semperviva All Styles Class. What a great turn out! There wasn’t an empty mat to be found in City Studio. With such enthusiasm on Day 1, this group is sure to succeed. The Kick Off Class was an opportunity to try all styles of yoga offered at Semperviva. We explored Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Power Flow, and Kundalini Yoga. Our youngest participant was nineteen years old, and our oldest was seventy-five and in AMAZING shape I might add. What a great reminder that yoga can truly be enjoyed by all! We touched on the importance of maintaining commitments to yourself. How else can you possibly manifest your dreams? Taking time for yourself is not a selfish act. To take care of your physical, mental, and emotional well being through the practice of yoga will help you be more available to the people you cherish in your life. The benefits of a 40 Day Challenge are many.

Day 8 of the challenge and I'm feeling really good! The opening class was so much fun with all different styles and very proud to have my classmate Wes teaching, he did a great job. And in addition to all the benefits the 40 day challenge brings, another one I feel grateful for is the awesome community at Semperviva.
