This is a term my husband, Scott, and I use to describe every experience we have with Gurmukh. What does it mean? It means that every muscle of your body, and every fibre of your soul has been worked. It feels like a tremendous download of stress and a surge of courage and energy to help you face life’s challenges and achieve your goals.
I’ve just returned from three days with Gurmukh, her husband Gurushabd and their dear friend Karuna. We started out at the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park, Colorado, and ended at the beautiful StarHouse center near Karuna’s home on Gold Hill.
The centers were surrounded by elk, golden Aspen, and the breathtaking Rocky Mountains. I’m still buzzing from the experience.
Gurmukh’s classes are a combination of a physical practice (you will find muscles you never even knew existed), meditation, song and dance. You often here people use the term “buzzing” after classes with Gurmukh. It is the most amazing, drug free high available.
Gurmukh challenges me to work harder then I can ever imagine myself doing. She restores my sense of peace, and my faith in humanity with her positive messages. I value all my experiences with her, and am so grateful she will be returning to Semperviva this October.
