Heart Center Meditation:
Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees and your core engaged. Hands are in prayer at heart center. On your next inhale slowly, with tremendous tension in the arms and keeping your hands flexed at the wrists extend your arms out to shoulder level as if you were trying to push the walls on either side of you away. Create space for yourself; mental, physical and emotional space. On your exhale, powerfully and again with tremendous tension in the arms, draw your hands back to the heart in prayer, bringing into your heart and your life, everything your heart desires. Repeat at least 8 times. End with hands in heart center, inhale deeply and hold, exhale and relax.
